Water Lab

Use open source vision models on yt-dlp frames to measure the glass, bottle, sip count and setting in every water video and publish the dataset as an explorable lab.

#1 (partial): Water detection data (COCO on a thumbnail subset) is still being computed on the build machine and is not published yet; sip counts are not possible because YouTube blocks frame downloads.
