The videos, names, logos, text, design and code of JonsTube belong to Jonathan Harchick. Press and media assets may be used for editorial coverage under the usage rules on the press and media pages. Logos must be used unchanged.
Reporting infringement
We respect the rights of others. If you believe material on jonstube.com infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated contact at jonathan@harchick.com with the subject line "DMCA notice". Please include:
- your name and contact details (email address at minimum);
- a description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed;
- the exact URL of the material on the site;
- a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We will review valid notices promptly and remove or disable access to material where appropriate.
Counter notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter notice to jonathan@harchick.com with your contact details, the removed material and its former URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts for your district, and your signature.
Videos hosted on YouTube
Videos on the site are embedded from YouTube. You may also report a video directly to YouTube through its own copyright tools.
Repeat infringement
The site does not host user uploads. If that changes, we will remove the content of repeat infringers.
